Can’t wait to hear!
Are those bean sprouts at the top? If so, can you recommend what to do with them? I find that I’ll buy a pack, thinking that I’ll do something great, then get stuck, then have to chuck. And I don’t always want to use the whole lot at once, as it’s too much for one person!
Stir fry! I’ve finally managed to dig out the wok I got for Xmas about 2 years back. As long as you add the beansprouts at the end they come out fine.
Or chuck them in a salad for a bit of crunch.
