As a normal eater, there is room in my life for both melon and chocolate – both have equal status. There is no “good” or “bad” anymore.

I’ve really got to get using up those eggs. I also have a lot of egg white saved from other recipes (bottom left of first pic). I’m going to make chocolate mousse later. My own home made version is better as I can control the amount of sugar that goes in – my tip is always halve the amount of sugar the recipe asks for, you won’t even notice a difference.
